Floor Store

We recently moved into a new house and we were looking to replace the old carpet in the upstairs. It is pretty much a bedroom and a landing area so not a massive space. Initially we tried to get quotes from Lowe's to do the installation and purchase flooring through them, but it was a horrible disaster and they were too incompetent to even measure properly and call us back with a legitimate quote. Once we cancelled with them we got a quote from the Floor Store. They had a pretty good selection of flooring. We specifically wanted click and lock luxury vinyl which they had plenty of. We selected our flooring at the store and priced out a rough estimate of cost. The following week we had them come out and take measurements of the room and got a formal quote. We were very happy with the price

This review is about one year late: There was a nice guy who had an adorable cat in his store, and beyond that, failed to provide any advice on our flooring purchase. *An extra star, because so few people are both nice and have adorable cats. Maybe it was just an "off" day, but we chose not to do business here.

Small family business locally owned and operated. We went there to buy carpet and pad for our family room. They had a nice selection. They also had remnants as well. Their prices were much lower than the local box stores and the quality of the carpet they offer couldn’t be beat. 5 stars highly recommend.

I was looking for a place nearby for a carpet remnant and found this place down the road from me. I thought that was great and could just ride down there easily in my wheelchair only to find that their store is NOT accessible. You lost my business!!!
