Floor Trader of Orange Park

We needed 3 guest rooms carpeted pretty quickly for the holidays and had 5 crazy quotes from different companies. Finally found Floor Trader. Brian was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. And Jason, the contractor that installed it was wonderful in every way also. We saved thousands and got a much better experience and product than we would have with another company. I cannot recommend or thank this company enough!!

We strongly recommend Chip. Chip was my contact at The Floor Trader. What could have been a stressful and painful experience turned out to be a real home improvement, at a very competitive price. My family’s challenge consisted in replacing 5-year old builder’s grade carpet. My husband and I were in agreement that the original carpet had to go, but we were unsure what to choose to replace the original carpet. There are so many choices and financial considerations. I asked Chip for his advice, explained what we needed, our budget considerations, and he provided several suggestions on carpet and padding, a number of swatches (samples) to take home, and several estimates for contenders we were leaning towards based on square footage measurements. Brian (and Marco) were exceptional to work with when I began searching for new wood flooring. My wife and I were looking for a very specific look to match the rest of our home and Brian took a great deal of time explaining the different options we should consider before making the final decision. He listened to our needs and even after exploring a half dozen other flooring companies, I eventually came back to The Floor Trader (and Brian) to make my purchase. He set me up with a local installer (Coastal Flooring) whose team did an amazing job removing my previous hardwood floor and installing my new engineered flooring. I could not be any happier with the efforts they made or work they performed.
