We had an overall good experience with the Floor Trader Outlet when we purchased vinyl flooring for our home. Unfortunately the product we selected was "special order" and had a $100 surcharge that we had to pay, which was fine until we had to order an additional 2 boxes to finish our job, and were told that we would have to pay that $100 surcharge again, after having spent well over $5000 on our original order. I would have expected that fee to be waived. On a positive note- the installer that Peyton recommended was excellent! I would definitely recommend "Tiny" for any flooring job!
We had a terrific experience with Floor Trader Outlet. Peyton was so helpful in helping me select carpet samples to take home. They carry all the current and popular styles. The installation process went smoothly too. Highly recommend using Floor Trader Outlet for your flooring needs.
This store has some selection the others don't. Particularly carpet brands and styles.
