FloorCareMD Johnstown carpet cleaning

Grout and carpeting cleaning. Mike and his son did an amazing job. Our grout had soap build up and they made it look like new. Our carpet could be replaced however we have an older dog and we are not ready for that at this time. Our carpets look amazing. Thank you both!!

I asked floor care Md to clean the rugs in a duplex that’s a rental property. They gave me an estimate for $230. When they finished with the cleaning job they charged my card $352.68. When I called the company they said the extra charge was for the hallway and steps. Because they did a good job I was okay with the extra charge. A month later I had then come back to clean the other side of the duplex and the rug was in better condition and so I was expecting the rugs to look better after the cleaning. They sent me before and after photos and the rug looked great until it dried and all of the stains were there still there and to make matters worse they charged me $436.72. When I called to complain about the charge they told me they had to stay longer and do a deep clean because of pet stains
