Enrique and Matt greeted me and welcome me to the store in a gleeful manner. I explained to them what I needed and they assisted me in a professional manner to help me make the right decision. I was impressed with their knowledge and I purchased the flooring. The flooring was recently installed and it is impressive. Thank you both for your honesty and professionalism.

The assistant that customer technicians Enrique and Matt provided me was very extraordinary. Enrique help me select the best quality flooring options for what I needed. I thought and compare the different options presented to me by three flooring facilities and 24 hours later I was back at FloorCo to buy the materials. This second day I met Matt who help me with the process of completing this deal. I'll post more information and pictures once the product is completed.

They have amazing customer service, impressing me to have remembered my name the next time I came by the store. They made sure I was aware of their return policy and restocking fee as well as helped me to determine the exact amount of flooring I would need. I went with their recommended amount and needed no more, no less for my project.
