I cannot recommend FloorCo enough! Mason, from the Temple location, provided my wife and I with exceptional customer service from start to finish. He listened to our unique needs and went way above and beyond to answer our questions and help us find the perfect LVP for our home. I got multiple estimates from local competitors for the same product, so I know for sure we saved money! We will DEFINITELY come see him when we replace our bathroom floors. Highly recommend!

If I could include all the positive comments in all the reviews with five stars, that would be my review for FloorCo. I was lucky enough to have Mason Legg be the one to help me through the process of selecting carpeting my home. What a joy he was and so knowledgeable. He listened, understood, and suggested the best carpeting for me. He also introduced me to Trent Foster, a superb contractor who installed my carpeting. Both Trent and Talon ( sorry not sure of the spelling) worked together like best friends. They joked about who was in charge for the day, or the hour. They were quite a pair. But I enjoyed them and loved their work. All I can say is, I would recommend FloorCo. to anyone looking for flooring. Start with FloorCo. first and you won't have to go any place else.

We remodeled our kitchen last year and went to FloorCo in Temple for backsplash. Met Shane who was exceedingly patient and beyond helpful. Had an idea of what I wanted but not entirely and Shane was knowledgeable and did I mention patient? I am a very picky shopper and with so many options available, customer service is a high priority, as well as shopping local. It can be overwhelming to walk in and try to figure out what will go with everything else; add to that the pressure of not making a mistake since once it's done it's done. Since our kitchen project, we've done a small family room revamp and are currently in the midst of a complete bathroom remodel which I will review separately. I was working with Jeremy J and he went above and beyond to locate the exact type of engineered wood floor that I had installed several years ago so that it would match another room that we wanted to have done.
