Shop local. Why? Because when it is family owned, there is a very high standard to compete in this market. I met with Darlene. She was as friendly and knowledgeable as can be regarding what I was looking for in a custom-made carpet. I also met with Scott who came out to my house and did some measurements. And finally, Darrell came out finalize the measurements and in a couple of weeks, I had a custom-made carpet that was more than I asked for and it looks great. It’s separates the great room (Kitchen from living room) And the change is so very subtle and at the same time very welcoming and comfortable.

We were very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable service during our visit to Floorcrafters. They’re well known for their high-quality flooring and carpeting options, but we were pleasantly surprised by their great selection of area rugs and their ability to turn carpeting into custom area rugs. They even had the perfect rug in stock for our trophy room! We highly recommend Floorcrafters.

We recently had new flooring installed through Floorcrafters and couldn’t be more impressed—not only with the beautiful finished product, but also with the professionalism they brought to the job from start to finish. We decided to remove the old carpet and prep the space ourselves to save a little money (quite the project!), and Floorcrafters was supportive throughout the process. They also connected us with a skilled trim carpenter, and we’re so grateful—his custom work truly brought everything together into a seamless and polished space. Floorcrafters replaced our entire main level and stairs with luxury vinyl plank. We were thrilled with the finished job, and the service was EXCELLENT from Ahnna in the showroom and multiple times on the phone answering our many questions to Reed, Marvin, and Daryl on the job. They are great workers, pay attention to detail, clean up their messes each day, and are so pleasant we enjoyed having them in our home! Floorcrafters custom made the bullnose of our stairs out of solid wood. The color match was fabulous, and the stairs look like wood even though they are covered in the vinyl plank. I highly recommend Floorcrafters of Onalaska!

I had Floorcrafters install new luxury vinyl flooring in my bar, love it!! They are very knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. I took my time getting estimates for about 6 months. Then, after I talked with the crew at Floorcrafters, they were by far the best price & very professional. I'm glad I did my research & went with Floorcrafters!!
