Flooring America Design Center of Massachusetts

Once we landed on the type of flooring and the tile, I found Flooring America. Ryan was wonderful to work with, he had the tile we wanted at a better price. We made the decision to use Flooring America for the whole process: tile, prep, installation. And we are glad we did! Leo was amazing, an artist! The end result is truly a masterpiece! I highly recommend Flooring America and will definitely use them for all my future flooring needs. Before and after below.

The Flooring America installation crew did a great job on the carpeting for our 4 bedrooms. They worked non-stop and were very professional and efficient. Our interaction with the store staff was great as well, as our install was delayed two days by the February blizzard. Highly recommend.

We had carpeting installed at our home. We are very pleased. We went through Ryan Beans and Kathy. Both of them were very professional and helpful and if we need any more carpeting or flooring, we definitely would go through them @ Flooring America in Franklin, Ma. The men who installed the carpeting were excellent and hard workers. We are very pleased.

Flooring America installed a runner on my main stairwell. They did an unbelievable job! Price was exactly what was quoted and they definitely have the best prices when I compared them to the other companies. The quality of the rug is amazing, the pad is soft underneath, and the installation was done quickly and professionally. I will only use this company going forward for any floors or rugs I need installed!!!!
