I do not recommend this company based on our experience. We encountered repeated delays, poor communication, and unsatisfactory workmanship throughout the entire process. Our flooring project was scheduled to begin on August 10th, and we were told it would take two days to complete. As a business, we closed on Monday to accommodate the installation and informed our clients accordingly. Unfortunately, the installer, Alek, did not complete the job on time, forcing us to remain closed on Tuesday and reschedule our customers. We were understanding that delays can happen, but the issues only continued. When we reopened on Wednesday, we immediately noticed that the floor had not been properly installed. We have used Flooring America for two different projects and are now on our third. The first one, we used their service, their people to tear out and re-carpet our upstairs and stairs. The process was smooth. They arrived on time, were polite, and timely. The carpet looks great. The second one, we hired an installer for the hardwood tile flooring. We couldn't be happier with how it looks. We are going to use them next for the flooring in our upstairs bathroom. Happy customers!

We used Flooring America before and it was such a pleasant experience that we went back to them in May. They were able to match the basement carpet to match the new carpet for an attached bedroom. Very smooth process, quick install and very good customer service. They have great prices; lowest we were able to find.

I worked with Zach on his first few days on a new job. It was easy to extend forgiveness where I understood. him backwards on their payment policy. My final choice was carpet squares. I purchased three tiles to see how it was going to look. I took a picture of the floor from the ceiling and multiplied the carpet in Photoshop. I knew from installing ceiling tile the the arrows all point in the same direction as in north. The squares blended so well you would think it was a carpet roll. The contractors help decided to install it another way. One tile was north and the next one pointed east forming a tile pattern. The owner of the company said the tile manufacturer recommends this method for a better fit since the tiles are not the same exact size. The tiles installed this way keep the error
