have purchased from them three times over the last ten years or so. Once for carpeting and twice for vinyl. Always impressed with their selection when trying to find a particular color or style. The delivery has always been fairly quick, even during the covid era when they were up-front about shipping delays. The salespersons have always been knowledgeable and know the products backwards and forwards. For those needing it, they have a large selection of area rugs (but I've never needed those).

Might have a good product. But the scheduling and service really needs major improvement. Was told the first visit it would be 4 to 8 weeks and 8 weeks being the worst case possible. Finally 14 weeks later one person showed up. We were told that there would be a crew removing the carpet and prepping for the new flooring. Oh don't empty your house for them for the first day or you will be a week without any furniture. Not very impressed!

Greg and Mary are top-notch people and so is their staff! I have bought from them for years and they stand behind everything that they sell. You will not get the service from a big box store that they provide!

My husband and I were shopping for flooring for our new home. We had been to three locations, flooring America in Paducah was our third. For the exact same type of flooring, we noticed their prices were four times more expensive than the other two places we checked. That said, we didn’t want to insult them and make them feel bad so I left a fake name, a fake phone number, and a fake address. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from this company to my real phone number—A number I never provided to them nor gave them permission to call. What’s even more outrageous, is they contacted our real estate agent—an egregious overreach of boundaries. We never mentioned who we were working with for our real estate transaction. Who do these people think they are? It is the most outrageous invasion

Great experience. I came in with a budget and the staff were able to get me what I wanted within my price. I opted to do my own removal of old carpet to save a little bit. What pleased me the most was NO HIDDEN CHARGES!! The agreed apon price was exactly what I paid. Install went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
