We found the carpet we wanted (1200 sq ft residential) and asked for estimates from a flooring place we had done business with before, and from Ed at Flooring America. Ed's price not only was significantly less, the installation was also much more professional and well done than what we had done previously. It was easy to communicate with Ed throughout the process and he followed up to make sure we were happy. Based on price, service, and installation, I recommend Flooring America with enthusiam.

We initially went to one of the box stores to look at flooring because we were looking at the "cheapest" option. When we finally found someone there to help us, they had little knowledge of flooring or installation. They gave us a 800 number for our questions. We scheduled our measurement through these people - and they told me they only did measurements on Monday mornings, which is the least convenient day and time of the week for us. I took time off work and drove home 15 miles from Whitefish to wait for a measuring person who never showed and never called. I was finally able to get in touch with a customer service person at a main corporate office who gave me some unacceptable excuse and offered to reschedule for another Monday which would once again require me to take off time from wo

Ed is quite possibly the best flooring salesman in the valley. They had the best selection of both tile and engineered hardwood, and Ed actively looked for products that met our needs and our timeline for delivery and installation. He is knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful. We got an excellent product and installation. Would recommend!

Ed and his team have helped us time and time again with our flooring and tiling needs, from our home remodel years ago to gradually updating our office spaces. They have quality products, but you're better to install it yourself. Their sub contractors seem to find more excuses not to work than anybody I've ever seen. They don't stand behind their warranty.
