Joanne and her team did an incredible job installing new flooring and baseboards throughout my entire downstairs! From the moment I called, Joanne was responsive and professional—she came out right away, and the work began just three days later. Her crew was efficient and respectful, keeping everything as clean as possible, even during the messy tile demo. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and how beautiful our new floors look! To top it all off, Joanne sent a cleaning crew on the final day to take care of any remaining dust. I’m already looking forward to future renovations and will absolutely be calling Flooring and Granite by Silva again!

JoAnne and her team of amazing sub contractors made our master bath remodel painless!! She was above and beyond in communication, I always received a text of who was coming tomorrow, for what and what time they would arrive. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. They were able to be creative and make some great things happen. I have always managed my own jobs in the past, after this experience I will never do that again, Flooring and Granite by Silva will be my first and only call. The bathroom looks absolutely beautiful, call JoAnne today!!

Flooring and Granite by Silva did a fantastic job updating our kitchen. Joanne was very hands on and answered all questions. All of the contractors did top notch work. Our countertops have been update with quartz and a subway tile backsplash. We also decided to update the built in dry bar, cabinet area over washer and dryer and repaint patio door. I feel like I’m in a new home. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future upgrades to the house.

Jo Anne and her crew are absolutely the best. I had a big project: complete renovation of bathrooms, kitchen, hardwood floors. I was nervous--a previous experience with a contractor was disappointing and costly. Jo Anne and her team did an outstanding job correcting issues from an earlier renovation, delivering beautiful results on every aspect of the project, collaborating and managing schedules (even my dog loved them) completing all work on time with the utmost skill and professionalism. My house is an older construction (1939) and they did tremendous work adding new materials where needed, restoring and preserving details unique to my home. I am so grateful for their outstanding work!

FGS just completed a granite countertop installation for my home. I had used them before and they did yet another beautiful job in record time. Joann and Ed are the best. They are competitive in price, delivering when they say they will, excellent in follow up, and produce results.
