Superior Floors

Edited to add after seeing their reply: on- site “investigation” was NOT completed nor a “subfloor moisture reading”. Someone did come to our house, walked around for 2-3 minutes, and left. It appeared he did not speak English as I spoke to him and he did not reply (or maybe he just didn’t want to speak to me?). But he did not run a test nor did he even touch the floor with more than his shoes. We were also told differently by the manufacturer. They said it was indeed an installation error. We ended up having to reach out to the manufacturer ourselves as Superior Floors consistently stated they had not heard back. After waiting 6 months, we finally reached out to the manufacturer ourselves. But also, if you are able to conduct a “subfloor moisture reading”, why wouldn’t you do that BEFORE

I have used Superior Floors for almost 3 years and I can’t say enough about this, if I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. Every one of the sales reps is customer focused. I have loved working with Lorena, Trevor and Sky. They go out of their way at all costs to make me feel heard. The installers are happy, friendly and enjoy hearing they are doing a fabulous job. This is where its at too, the installers are the boots ensuring we get those amazing installations which in turn makes everyone happy! Keep up the amazing work Superior!

As a District Property Manager I’ve been working with superior floors for years and they always come through. I can’t say how many times they have saved us with quick installs, occupied replacements, or just the everyday make ready. I especially appreciate working with Lisa!!! She has the best customer service, she will find a way to make things happen, and she’s generally just an awesome person!! I recommend them to anyone and everyone with flooring needs.
