John, the sales rep said our tile project would take 11 days. They completed it in 11 days. Sammy the owner said they would start our project on June 1st and they did. Workers were there at 7am sharp each day and worked until 4pm with just one short break for lunch. Great quality work. Guys were very careful with our furnishing as they had lots to move. Very happy with entire experience.

Floor Coverings International was exceptional in every way. They provide a mast variety of flooring for every budget. The customer service was excellent, and they were always quick to respond with questions. The installers were polite and, unlike some contractors, very clean and tidy. They installed the flooring promptly, and we had no complaints whatsoever. All in all, Floor Coverings International was the best choice, and I will recommend them to anyone in the market for new flooring.

A broken dishwasher water supply line flooded our house requiring all new flooring. While we were at it, we figured we take the opportunity to also redo our two bathrooms. Sammy and his crew at Floor Coverings International were speedy to reply and get us started on the next steps in our remodel. We’ve all heard horror stories of folks not showing up or leaving projects half done. I’m happy to report, this team was on time (if not early) each day and pushed to get the project done in a timely but not rushed fashion. A huge kudos to Cesar, the crew member that did the bulk of the work. He was meticulous with the details and our new bathrooms and tiles throughout our home look great!

It’s a great company! We hired them to do our flooring before Christmas. And they did an excellent job in a very short time! Our family we are very happy with their work. Good quality, fast, on time, and very clean. We highly recommend them.
