Company fires people to make the inner circle look good and tries to keep top down levels of dummies, will put other equipment around to screw with construction workers on-site. then turn around and say that they aren't working fast enough to meet the deadline Literally only picked by people who need the lowest price for a flooring job.

We are disappointed to hear about the complaint filed against JDS Flooring Associates LLC (JDS) considering that JDS followed the same procedure with this customer as we do with all of our customers from the purchase to the customer service response. Please understand that JDS completes approximately 250-275 homes per year and have completed as many as 589 homes in a single year in our 18 year history. I do not recommend this company to no one! I've had problems after problems with my floors they installed throughout my home. My engineered hardwood floors they installed were buckling due to them not installing them properly, they didn't nail them in correctly in certain spots that should have been nailed causing them to give and squeak throughout areas. Then theres the case of my tile in my kitchen all uneven some tiles higher then others and not to mention my grout chipping out in between!!!! So unprofessional between the tools they used and not having proper knowledge on tile and grout. My grout they put in fell out were my tile meets the bar that separates my hardwood from tile because grout doesn't stick to metal! they should have used a diff bonding material, shouldnt they have know
