Great experience from the minute we walked into the store to the installation. Debra, Richard, and Chris were all great throughout the process. The floor looks great. They joined existing vinyl to the new and you can't tell where it was connected.

Having used big box stores for most of our home renovations, we were a little hesitant to try someone local for redoing all the flooring in our basement (carpet and vinyl) however we started to do some shopping when hit with a high box store quote. From the beginning, the team was super helpful with everything we needed. We had a ton of questions (resulting in multiple trips to the store) but every time we were met with a smile and lots of help. No pressure sales along with a larger selection of options to choose from. The installation process went smoothly. The installers were able to answer another slew of questions we came up with to put us at peace that everyone would turn out how we wanted it. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I turned to Flooring by Design for new vinyl plank flooring and new carpet, essentially the entire ground floor of my home. I have nothing but good things to say! From my initial visit through my selection process to completion of the installation, they were wonderful to work with. Helpful, thorough and cooperative. I had a great experience with Flooring By Design. Christine gave me great advice for choosing a sturdy carpet for our basement steps. A couple of days later, the owner came out and did the measuring in less than 15 minutes. The installers removed our old carpet so we could do some painting before the new carpet came in and when they came back the following week, they were right on time, friendly and efficient and did a beautiful job! We love the look and the cost was very reasonable. This was our first experience with Floors By Design and I would give them my highest recommendation. We will definitely use them again!
