We were sold Bruce engineered hardwood. We received Shaw engineered hardwood. When we questioned the product being the wrong product, 3 separate days, and 3 separate times Marice swore it was Bruce. After calling the supplier at General floors in Belmawr NJ, we were told the product was Shaw engineered hardwood wood, When confronting Marice he said he made a mistake. So after lying to us 3 separate times, saying it was Bruce product he finally admitted he gave up an inferior product. To make things correct, he offered to give us our money back, instead he is getting a lawyer. DO NOT TRUST THE MAN!!!
Flooring by MT, has done wonderful carpet and tile replacement & service throughout my home.
