Excellent customer service even though they were very busy. Sherry balanced me and another customer without me feeling like I was waiting at all and that I was a top priority. The selection was great, prices were great and the selection was spectacular!!! I'm using Flooring Center for all my tile needs to renovate our guest bathroom. Support small businesses!!!

Went in to look for flooring there was 3 people behind the desk all of them were doing paperwork implying they worked there. We patiently waited and browsed the showroom for about 15 minutes and nobody waited on us we let them know we would be going somewhere else since nobody wanted to assist us as we where leaving the gentleman let us know they were not employees they were just hanging out, why would you have your buddies just hanging out behind the sales counter thus making it look like they are employees

I have been in this store four times. The first time the owner was arrogant. He treated me like there was no way I could afford anything in his store. More recently, the second time, the young man who helped offered a smart aleck remark, when I asked if it was possible to shop in the locked warehouse. He assured me he locked the building and he could unlock it. I suffered through his demeanor, because I needed flooring installed. I returned to the store after the installer came to measure. The girl working the counter asked me if I often pulled out my dishwasher to clean behind it. It was a smart aleck question. I defended myself by explaining that I discussed with the installer about cleaning behind my movable appliances. Of course, this did not include the dishwasher. The owner’s arrogan

I went to Lowes and after the quoted rate I decided to check with the Flooring Center and THANK GOODNESS I did. The staff here helped me select good quality carpet and for way less than Lowes. I went for one room of carpet and left with 3 rooms! The customer service here can not be beat and the prices couldn't be more affordable. I look forward to doing more business here in the future.
