Flooring concept has 5+ star rating to me. I got the pleasure to meet Javier, he was prompt, on time, explained everything detail of my carpet needs. My carpet was cleaned to perfection with no issues. Dried fast, no stains left, and left a very pleasant order of cleanliness. Not to mention that they have competitive/ reasonable prices.I would definitely recommend this company for all carpet, tile etc needs.

This was my first time dealing with this company. Our tile and faux wood was very dirty and in need of a major cleaning. Our cleaning representative was Javier; a young man who was very personable and did a fantastic job! The tile and wood look floor looked brand new. Excellent service and communication throughout process. Joseph did my tile floors and sofa- he was very professional, efficient and friendly. He got some stains out from my white sofa that I thought would be permanent. My tile floor looks new and the grout is back to its original color. I highly recommend this company!
