Flooring Depot

We recently used Flooring Depot to install Mohawk RevWood flooring and Mohawk carpeting throughout our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I truly appreciate that Rob promptly put together an estimate without trying to steer me toward something else. The installers were outstanding! The craftsman who installed the RevWood flooring was not only kind but extremely skilled. I had concerns about the flooring looking too uniform, but he installed it in a way that varied the patterns beautifully, giving it the look of real hardwood. We had a wonderful experience with Flooring Depot. We needed new carpet in one of our bedrooms because we were getting ready to put our house on the market. We worked with Bethany and she was very responsive to our wants and needs. The carpet we found was a good match for the other carpet in our house and was reasonably priced.The carpet installers did a great job. I came in with a hard to find or non existent tile I was hoping to "match" or at least do some kind of accent with a different tile that would blend in some way. She was very helpful in all aspects of the search and I enjoyed her knowledge and time she spent with me. We found a tile I could blend with the original and I ended up getting a great price on some closeout tile for my bathroom too! She stuck with me past her time to close and even helped load my truck which was sooooo very much appreciated! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The carpet installers were supposed to be here at 7:30. They showed up at 9:10. I had called the office to see what was going on and to see if they were still coming out. I never did get a call back from them. When they finally did show up at 9:10 there were two of them. The first thing one of them did was to spend about 15 to 20 minutes in the restroom. On the positive side it does seems like they did a good job laying the carpet.
