FD just installed a wonderful tweed carpet we picked out for our stairway, looks great! Work was done quick and clean, arrived on time and finished on time! Friendly professional place definitely using these guys again!

Flooring Designs installed 3 rooms of carpeting, and vinyl plank flooring in my family room, kitchen, living room and hallway in 2 days. They were professional and pleasant to deal with. They were able to adapt changes very quickly where needed even when it deviated from the original plan.

I recently just had a beautiful vinyl floor installed in my home by Flooring Designs. I was very satisfied with the installation. The installers were timely and very professional from start to finish! Also I may add the owners were always available checking in to see if I was satisfied with install. I couldn’t be happier! It was the worse rip off of my life. Salesman didn't bring any samples. I had to go to the showroom & try to match my wood floors. We were promised that my carpet would be seamless That didn't happen. After $5,700 I'm stuck with an ugly floor. The store owners brother came & was willing to tear up the laminate flooring but my husband was so upset he took a $500.00 discount. Which I have to live with this awful wood floor because I asked for a new price to replace flooring but has not heard anything back. Real professional after 2 calls & promise to email me a price. Thanks for great customer service. HA! HA!
