He made several trips to our house to finalize selection and the workmen he sent to do the installation were excellent and polite, not only doing a great job of floor instalation, but also helping move our heavy furniture where we wanted it. Their estimator Mark has clearly been doing this a long time and was super professional and consultative. On installation day I was surprised when I saw this huge van with a roll of carpet sticking out the back and expected 3 installers to jump out, but it was just Adrian by his lonesome!
