Flooring Express

I was sent to Flooring Express because the highly rated flooring company I was planning on working with did not have the color of laminate flooring I needed to either match or compliment the wood staircase/plantation shutters already in my home. (And while they were highly rated, they were not very helpful and so my experience with them was not highly rated) From walking into Flooring Express, despite them knowing I was working with someone else, they gave me 5 star customer treatment. They explained the options and attributes of the products available to me. They loaned me samples that looked like possible matches to what I wanted multiple times to bring home to see how the colors worked. This review is long overdue, but I cannot recommend Flooring Express enough! I called the team on a Thursday earlier this year, desperate for new flooring after a leak in my office. I was back in business with a brand new floor by Tuesday the next week. The installer was professional and incredibly efficient. Flooring Express, thank you so much for your hard work, responsiveness, and quality customer service. It does not go noticed. You guys rock!

Our realtor referred to Flooring Express to replace our bedroom and stairway carpet. Jody helped us pick the right carpet, provided a great installer and the work was done within two days after we selected the carpet. Jody is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend him for flooring work

I found Flooring Express and I thought I'd stop in. I needed to replace my old tile floor with new flooring. I met Chuck as soon as I walked in and realized I came to the right place. I discussed what I was looking for and Chuck was so professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He showed me many different choices and I chose the one I wanted. We set a date to do the floor, the workers came, they pulled up my old floor and replaced it with a beautiful new floor. Chuck and Jody kept in touch to make sure everything was going right and that I was satisfied with the results. I now have a beautiful floor and I have received many compliments on it. I would definitely use Flooring Express again. I made the right choice!
