Flooring Guys

So glad I was referred to The Flooring Guys to do the flooring on my main floor. Starting with my first visit there to pick out what I wanted, everyone was so helpful. They encouraged me to take a few samples home, even though I pretty much was sure of the one I wanted and was only going to take that sample. Once I was home, the one I thought I wanted did not look how I thought it would and I ended up going with a different sample that I brought home. Kathy and Doug were so great to work with and helpful. My installer, Francisco, was absolutely amazing. We ran into a few issues due to how my tile floors were but his hard work made it happen. My floors are beautiful, he did an amazing job. I already recommended them to some neighbors that are going to use them too.

This is our second time using The Flooring Guys in Joliet. The sales associates are friendly and helpful when selecting flooring. The professionals who do the installation show up when they say they will and are very clean and efficient. We will be back for our next project!

We recently had carpeting installed by The Flooring Guys and could not be happier. Our salesman Brad was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no problem with us taking several samples home (and keeping them a few days!). Our installer Domingo arrived on time, was super courteous and did a terrific job. In short, if you are looking for quality carpeting at a fair price we highly recommend them!

I learned about the Flooring Guys from a friend. They are well worth the drive and have a huge selection of flooring. They spent time and helped me find the right flooring for my budget. Staff was super friendly. Even got to take home larger samples.

Replaced carpet with vinyl planks. The quality and install is incredible. Everyone there is very professional and helpful. Highly recommend them .
