Great customer service on both matching tile and carpet purchase. Thank you Kathleen. We really liked that there was not pressure to make an immediate decision. The carpet installation by Todd was phenomenal. We could nor be happier with our purchase.

My parents had good things to say so I tried it and a month later no measurements done. Was sent home with a sample and it worked and said let’s go with it. Rose checked to see if it was in stock and it wasn’t another week wasted. She was going to call me back this week and now I am a month into it and nothing. Went to the competitor good prices carpet measured in 2 days and ordered she be installed before ever getting a call back. Terrible customer service!!!!

Over the past 2 plus years I've had several transactions with the Flooring outlet. They've provided luxury vinyl flooring for 2 jobs, engineered hardwood for another, as well as tile, carpet and Formica countertops. The products are good, the prices reasonable and the customer service excellent. The staff that I've dealt with are all knowledgeable and helpful and they will recommend another business if they can't help (granite counters). A last comment: their counter laminate installer, Richard is the BEST!

Rose is a gal working here who is awesome to work with. She clearly has been around interior design for a long time. So glad I met her and the install crew that came to the jobsite were total pros! Super happy I walked in there

We knew what product we wanted installed for our new kitchen floor. We had gotten a bid from another company that was slightly less expensive, but what sold us on going with the Flooring Outlet was the knowledge and expertise that our consultant had. We weren't disappointed. The installers came out today. They were friendly, knew what they were doing and got the job done faster than we expected. The floor looks beautiful!
