We had new flooring installed in our entire upstairs plus new Berber carpet on the stairs. Mr. John and his crew from Flooring Plus were amazing. From the start of the project to the end John was nothing but professional, walking us through every phase of the project until its completion. The floors are beautiful and completely change the aesthetic of our home. We had to replace our old carpet due to the medical needs of our son, John assured us that our priority was to take care of our son and that he would handle it all. Boy, did he! Just had my screened porch enclosed and wanted the same porcelain wood look tile installed as is in the rest of the house. The challenge was the handicap ramp that was in the concrete going out to the porch and tiling it to look good. Ted Garris was able to get my same tile and Charlie did an amazing job navigating the ramp and making it look good.
