Excellent and professional service. Everyone I spoke too was very polite and patient. They walked me through all the choices and helped me pick something out that is simular to the color scheme of my old floors. They completed the job quickly which I very much appreciate and everything looks great. On an old antique cabinet, a side panel of glass did break during the install and none of us could figure out how that could have happened. However this company went out of their way to fix it and I only mention this to show the integrity of this company. It would have been cumbersome to try and fix it ourselves, even if money was given to us. I am not that handy and we do not own a truck to haul it to any kind of shop. I appreciate the awesome people at this company.

Giving a huge shout out to The Flooring Specialist in Warner Robins for the HUGE home improvement project they just completed for us. We had all flooring downstairs replaced with beautiful LVP and all carpet upstairs replaced with new carpet, Including the staircase. They also demo'd the huge jacuzzi tub in the master bath and replaced It with a beautiful walk in tile shower. We also had the tub/shower removed in the guest bathroom and replaced with a walk in tile shower as well as replacing the old and outdated tile flooring. They hit it out of the park! From start to finish they were an amazing partner with us. They answered my many questions, they showed up on time every day and worked so hard to get it all done. I started working with Flooring Specialist close to three years ago now, and I do not use anyone else for our rental properties (unless an owner has other plans). They are easy to work with and their response time from start to finish is great! This is huge for the business I am in, especially when I need a quick turn-around. Thank ya'll! :)
