Awesome service. My 82 year old father's heat went out Sunday night. I called Georgia cooling and within 30 min Brice Wood showed up. He diagnosed the issue and got my dad's heat up quickly. Excellent Service.The technician was knowledgeable, thorough and patiently answered questions and concerns about my system. In the HVAC market where you are seeing more companies with less qualified sales or technical representation and questionable up-sales and charges, it is refreshing to deal with a customer focused company that makes a consistent effort to maintain a high bar.

Dave was great, he was very efficient and checked out my system in a very timely manner. He assured me that everything looked good and that I was all set for the hot summer months ahead.

Service Technician, Hutch, first introduced his self and the company he worked for, Georgia Cooling/Heating and Air, and explained what he arrived to do. He arrived well within the 4 hour block range allotted. He completed servicing my ac unit in less than an hour and gave me outstanding results of my ac system. He replaced the air filter and I paid and signed the bill. Hutch was friendly and very respectful. He came and did what his company paid him to do. Thank you Hutch. A job well done.
