We had floors replaced in our entire main floor, and everything about working with Floors By Angie was easy and smooth from start to finish. From the start we appreciated the prompt scheduling from Chloe, to the education on different products from Blake, to the flexibility and knowledge of Sam and his installation team, and the friendly and helpful check-ins with Liz. We are first time homeowners and full-time decor/design dummies, so choosing a flooring style and color could have been really hard for us. Luckily Blake was able to take a look at our home and narrow the options down to just a few to make the decision easier. That alone was a HUGE help! We had seen adds on TV for Angie flooring and then saw her display at the Appleton farmers market! Knew her background and level of experience and reviews all were very good, so we set up apt. to pick floating vinyl plank flooring and have rooms measured. Blake Thebo was rep that came and once we knew exact color hue he didn’t try and sell top end to us, but guided us towards the step down, figuring amount of traffic and people in our home, which we appreciated! Ours is laid over existing old linoleum flooring. Damion and Hunter did a great job at installation! Had combined office, kitchen and dining room done and 2 bathrooms. They were done in 2 days! I had to call them to install a toilet that arrived a few days late and they were able to come within a week (we have 2 toilet's)! Cole cam

Joel, Hollin, and Riley did outstanding work taking out our flooring system which was a lot of hard labor. They replaced it with a new subfloor and Sound-Tec Tile. I am so grateful not to have grout lines and cracked ceramic tiles anymore. They did our condo entry, kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and main bathroom in three days. They cleaned up each day. I am so happy with the clean new look of our floors. Joel and his team were personable, considerate, and professional. ♥️
