Fantastic service they answered every question I had. My floors look amazing and the owner showed up during installation to make sure everything was to his standards. Would not go anywhere else.

First of all, Wendy is wonderful. She was kind and helpful, but that is where the positivity ends. There is only so much she can help with when the rest of the company has terrible communication skills. They were the only local store that carried a particular Daltile backsplash we were hoping for, so I gave Wendy the measurements (which were double checked by another contractor, and our countertop contractor - as we were debating extending our countertop material up the wall). We also added the 10% more in case. I purchased the tile/grout that day and was told they would probably have my tile in the start of the following week and to let them know when the counters went in and they would then install the backsplash. Great experience with Floors By Design. Ms. Wendy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Richard came out and measured our floors and we got our estimates back and within a week our new floors were in. John and his brother got the floors down in one day and returned the next day to touch up.

If I could give zero star l would. Me and husband went to the building and had the exact flooring we wanted, they had one but not the other so l was like we can pick out the flooring after they get the measurements for our floors. So after we gave our information to the older black women that work there she told us that they will be coming to our house between the time of 9:00am - 11:00am. At 10ish I call her and ask her will they still be coming out (mind you l rearrange my whole day to fit there timing) she told me that she would call Richard and then call us back and let us know something. She never call back, after waiting till 12:30 I call back and told her to not worry about coming out. If they can't follow up on what time that there'll be coming out I know for a fact I'll have other

Floors By Design has a wonderful selection, very fair pricing, and excellent customer service. We used them a few years ago and went back for a different flooring project. Wendy was incredibly helpful in helping us select the right flooring for our needs, Richard came out and measured and provided an estimate promptly. Once we ordered the flooring and it arrived, they had it installed within a day or two. Our floors turned out beautiful and we were able to use matching flooring on our stairs, which really completed the look of the home. Large selection, high quality products, helpful staff and productivity installation - good luck finding that at a big box store! Would definitely recommend!
