Working with Floors by Robert’s was a smooth interaction. Lindsey was our sale rep spent ample time with us picking out our vinyl flooring. She even sent a whole box home with us to lay out. After a quick phone call, they came to our house to measured our flooring area. A week later Leo installed our luxury vinyl. The installing went well and he did a good job cleaning up when he was finished. We will definitely recommend them and use them for future flooring projects.

We had the pleasure of working with multiple people from Floors by Robert’s and we’re pleased with all the assistance we received. We had an unfortunate mishap with a refrigerator hose leaking forcing us to replace flooring in multiple rooms. Our installer (Leo) did an excellent job. We were impressed with how diligently he worked for 5 days and how he cleaned up each and every day before leaving. We are happy to refer others to FBR. We cannot recommend Floors by Roberts enough! They have been so fantastic to work with. They bent over backwards to help us when another contractor left us in the lurch. The quote they provided us was detailed and accurate so there would be no surprises. They were timely and responsive, and their prices were highly competitive. We feel like we really got our money’s worth. The LVP installer, Gus, and his crew, were meticulous and did a gorgeous job installing the new floor. There was a lot of mess ripping out old flooring but they vacuumed up after themselves every day. They also helped us with leveling a problem area in the floor that others said was going to take a lot more effort and money. If I could leave a 0 I would. Do not do business with this company. Hired to install new lvp glue down and that included leveling our subfloor. After 3 different installers we still have major issues and now have no idea how to finish our new custom cabinetry because there are areas that are 1 inch off. It is terrible and the company will not respond to us at all.
