This is the only review you need to read if you’re looking for someone to install your flooring!!!! If you want it done right, call Rueben, period!!! He doesn’t cut corners and he doesn’t skip important steps! He bends over backwards and goes above and beyond to make sure it’s done right. This is coming from someone who is very particular and notices things that the average person doesn’t. I could go on and on about his workmanship. He is simply the best and yes, I have a previous install to compare him to. He and his sidekick (Rueben 2.0), Austin, have a great connection and it’s actually fun having them around. Floors by Southern Boys is the best! They replaced the old carpet in our new home with beautiful vinyl laminate. The installation was done quickly and very professionally. They really worked to please us. Then they tackled another project in our home - refinishing the hardwood kitchen floor (we had opted not to replace it). Reuben took it upon himself to learn a new skill and the result is absolutely beautiful! We are more than pleased with the outcome of both the vinyl laminate and the restored hardwood.
