Floors For Less

Ordered wood floors throughout not knowing that wood is not good in bathroom because of all the moisture it sometimes doesn't last which our expert who came to measure should have pointed out. So we heard this from several people so we switched it to LVP before installing but they refused to give credit on 4 boxes of unopened wood because it was special ordered which again we didn't know it was special ordered because we looked at samples at the showroom. They did give us credit for 2 boxes so I still have about $300 of flooring I have no use for. Floors turned out great the subcontractor did a great job but would have liked better communication because we specifically said we had 0 knowledge about flooring.

I had ordered vinyl plank from another local retailer who was so disinterested in our business that they decided to delay the install for over 3 months after the request date (and for in stock product). I cancelled that order and I went to Floors For Less. They had my new vinyl plank installed in 2.5 weeks! The new flooring looks great! Unfortunately, Floors For Less was more expensive (reason for 4 vs. 5 stars). Thank you, Floor For Less, for the great service! Robin Krupke.

Great place to work with. They gave me a time estimate, started when the said they would, and also FINISHED when they said. Replaced 3 rooms in a week with beautiful hickory flooring. Very honest and trustworthy company and staff. Highly recommend.

Bobby was great to work with. But the crew they sent did not put the floors in right. Bobby did what he could to fix them. I should have made them redo the whole floor. I agreed to fix the gap and not make them tear them out and start over. The owner gave me a whole 100.00 off. Should have been more like 300.00. I am not happy with the company in general. But Bobby does know what he is doing. I would not recommend you have them install. And the owner seems not to care.

They did a beautiful job , just love my new floor.
