Gasser True Value

Gasser True Value has almost anything that you might need. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and very clean store. We went there looking for veggie plants, and we found plenty. The prices here were, far and away, so much better than the place we stopped at first. Gassers' plants were not only less expensive, but the plants were much more mature. We will be shopping here a lot more.

One of my favorite stores, more than just your typical True Value. Being the only hardware type store anywhere near it they also carry a large selection of farm related equipment and materials along with the hardware to repair almost anything. No matter what it is your needing to fix chances are they've got the pieces needed to fix it.

Been coming here ever since Earny opened. Can never remember when they won't take your propane tank an run out an fill it then bring it back. Manage said we don't do that. Has one filled a week ago, they took it out filled it and brought it back. Lazy damn people anymore.

Negative 0 if I could. Yesterday, I was going to buy a new horse trailer. I get to the guys house and I needed a different size ball. I see that it was 645 and I would barely make it to true value. I called them and asked if they could get the item I needed ready and I would be there at 7pm on the dot. He said that they close the doors at 7pm and asked if I would be there then and I said I understood and yes I would. I get there at 7pm on the dot, get up to the door and it was locked. Suddenly I see a motorcycle, and 2 cars which obviously belonged to the employees all go Speeding out of the parking lot on me. Not regularly driving. My husband and I were appalled at the customer service. I have never been treated so badly. The least they could have done was told me no on the phone or even

Called about a string trimmer, and Megan was very knowledgeable about the product. Went to the store, and they set the product up for me, and gave me a tutorial on how to use it. Fantastic customer service; rare these days, but much appreciated! Keep up the great work. The busy traffic is an indication that others are satisfied with the store too.
