Our kitchen project began with a hole in the ceiling due to an upstairs leak and blossomed into a total kitchen makeover. Mark was terrific and VERY patient as we tried to figure out new flooring. Once we selected the product and it was installed, we ran into a few issues on our end to complete the finished look. Mark and his installer worked with us and completed the project expeditiously. Mark always greets you with a smile when you enter the store and is eager to assist and make sure that you are fully satisfied with the end result. Mark Chiavelli runs an incredible business in Auburn, MA. His staff consists of excellent floor installers Frank M and Duane “D”. They are meticulous and really care about what they do. Mark G was great to work with as the Store Manager. He coordinated our products and installations well. We were also provided with exceptional vanity installers Mark M and countertops and the best plumber Jeremy W! Floors and Kitchens Today in Auburn deserves a 10 star rating!!!!!

I came in looking for a small entrance rug for my apartment - very simple - and Mark was very helpful from the start. After a few minutes, we settled on two pieces of carpet tile from a sample box that I would tape together. He left them to me free of charge ! I will definitely be coming back in the future
