This is a business with utmost integrity. Jim is very knowledgable and worked with me to find the best flooring solution for my situation. He backs his products and addresses any issues in a prompt and supportive manner. In my case there was a problem with the product and Jim was able to work out a replacement for me with the manufacturer. His crew is meticulous in the installation. They take their time and get it right. The crew leader, Frankie, is a true craftsman...very detail oriented and he does exquisite finishing work. I highly recommend this flooring company.

Called ahead about getting a smaller section of carpet padding for my 3d printer. Owner was happy to help, but let me know he isn't always in the office and I should let him know ahead of time I was coming so he could be sure to be there. So I let him know I would be right over and he was happy to get me a carpet pad for my use for a very reasonable price.
