I cannot say enough about this locally run business. Gordon, Carol, Scott the installer. A-1! Had a problem with the original flooring installation. Both Scott, and Gordon came to inspect the floors. They all worked so hard to make it right and to make us happy. Naturally things sometime take a little time. Life happens, and patience is a virtue. We had no problem with being patient for Floors To Go. Everything was done professionally and Scott, dude, Scott kept me informed through the whole process. Great staff, great selection. Tim, Carol are both knowledgeable of there products. What they didn't know they found out for me. There were ALS insisting I take samples home because colors change under different lighting. These guys want you to be happy, are not commission driven. Great experience.

I had an “interesting” experience with FTG in Jackson. Now with any review, remember this was my experience, and I’m just being honest, this doesn’t mean you’ll get same interactions. First and foremost, I recommend this business. Second, I know my job was unique and out of the way for them, but they did step up and helped me when needed. My trouble was with the first installer, let’s just say he lacked a “professional decorum”. Most of the flooring was properly installed, but we had some poor workmanship, but here’s what really impressed me. The owner sent out another installer, verified the work was not satisfactory, and they replaced the material and returned with it done properly. We had a great experience working with these folks. Tim was very professional and provided guidance that paralleled our needs. Jim and George did a fantastic job with the installation. They addressed all issued they encountered in a professional way, kept us in the loop on what was going on, fixed the problems in the appropriate manner and completed the job ahead of schedule.
