Floors To Go Texas

I needed to match wood flooring that I purchased at Lumber Liquidators but they no longer carried that flooring or color. We looked everywhere and when we asked a question they always said “I don’t know” about everything. So going home from one those trips we happened to see Floors to Go Texas. They were awesome. Very professional in every way. They never said”I don’t know” about anything. I knew it was going to be a good experience. Kristen who is an Interior Designer came to our home, measured everything, brought samples of what she thought would look and match best with what we already had. Then it came time to install Randy and his crew were so professional and helpful. I just can’t say enough good things about this company and the people who work there. They were everything

I stopped in to Floors to Go Texas and Ivan helped me with tile choices for my whole house. He was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I haven’t started our project yet but it was great having someone with such expertise helping me!

This is what $20,000 get you at Floors To Go. All the boards are bowing and lifting up, only 3 years old. We’ve had problems from the very beginning after install. It’s impossible to get through to anyone there. If you want good quality flooring and customer service go elsewhere. My Mother in Law Debra Robbins purchased these floors 3 years old. She has tried calling several times and is usually brushed off, or the blame is pointed at the contractor who y'all chose to do the install.

Well it’s hard to say everything. I worked with Ivan he’s the greatest I told him what I needed and boom. He came to look measured and he helped me find the perfect color and style. Got me an estimate for it all then we set a date they came on time did a fantastic job and didn’t even take long. All I can say is he is AWESOME. Thank you so much.

Floors to Go in Haltom City are fantastic. Designer Kristen was a delight to work with on our project. Very professional and helped us decide the perfect tiles for us, and there has been excellent communication. Thanks, this is a fantastic business!!
