Flores Cleaning Services Inc

This company has come to our small town house for over 10 years to clean our gutters. Early on they charged less than $75. The last few years it was $75. This time they charged $175. When I called to question they said they increased their prices. I was told their base price was $100. Once they see the gutters they then decide how much more to charge. Such a drastic increase! Very troublesome. By the way, I wouldn’t give ANY stars but apparently you must in order to post 🙄

I’m shocked at how much this company has changed in the last 18 months. In November 2023 I used them and they were amazing. Counted windows with me along, brought several people, and had everything done so reasonably and well I paid them extra. I scheduled them again recently. I needed my windows done before company. They scheduled me 3 weeks out which was fine it was still in time. The day before they called and said due to bad weather they needed to reschedule me. And it was after my company. I was disappointed but what could I do at this late date. The next day it was beautiful out not a cloud in the sky. I called and left a message asking if there was any way they could still come. Scheduled window cleaning & told them when I scheduled I had a few windows that were large & two stories high. And some arched top windows. When they came they started on the first picture window in the foyer & when he couldn’t get the decorative wood grid out easily, said he couldn’t wash that window. Then they washed the outside of the two story window in the family room but not the inside. When I asked why they didn’t do that one he said he didn’t have the right ladder. Hmmm, you had the ladder to do the inside of the one in the foyer? But not one for the family room?? Nor were the arched windows in the family room done.( see photo ) I called the office to share my dissatisfaction. This outfit is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to work with. First an foremost they wanted to charge me 1000.00 to clean my 2 story Farmhouse. I told them that was crazy!! So then I said I would only have them do one side( north side) and the front of the house, including the front porch. The quote was then 500.00. my mistake was that I agreed to it. I was not told that I must remove anything when I spoke with their office to set up job. They had a chemical spill in thrur truck, which they proceeded to clean it out in my driveway. They shattered my gazing ball. Then the worker proceeded to tell his office they cleaned things that they did not. I highly recommend if you need pressure washing, you look for someone else.

We began using Flores Cleaning Services 6 years ago to wash our windows, clean gutters and power-wash the exterior of our home (we live in a heavily wooded area). Every time, every job has been met with professionalism, and everything was done perfectly. Jose and his crew are great to work with, he keeps us informed if he's running late and he really cares about his customers. We appreciate the work they and highly recommend them.
