Back in November and December of 2021, Flores Construction was hired to remodel the bathroom of my home located in West Hollywood, Ca, with not ideas in mind I left everything in Martin's hands and he made it possible to give me a a great and satisfying outcome. My bathroom had a drastic change that I now enjoy. Due to that professional job given, I decided to rehire again Flores Construction for the next project in my home which was my back door stairs and the stairs connected with laundry room heading up my second unit. I am completely satisfied with Martin and his company for the work ethic. I most definitely recommend Flores Construction. I hired Martin and his team to redo my outdoor patio space and could not be happier with the way it turned out. I had a major issue with water seeping through my old wood patio and leaking into my underground garage space. He was good at communicating what needed to be done, then executed the plan. Flores construction was in charge of adding concrete to our backyard that was previously dirt and patchy grass. The quote that we received was more fairly priced than other competitors and the job was done in less than a week. They were always on time and extremely detailed with the precision of their work, we’ll be hiring them for future renovations. Our surrounding neighbors were extremely impressed with their work as well, so they requested quotes for their future projects too. I highly recommend Flores construction for any remodeling/construction needs you may have.

Martin and his team did a fantastic job on a bedroom remodel for our teenage son. The project involved removing a significant amount of non-permitted work (both downstairs and upstairs) that the prior owner had completed, and then extending an open loft space to convert it to a bedroom. Obtaining the permit for the project was neither fast nor easy. Martin did all he could to support us through the permitting process until finally obtaining it nearly 5 months after hiring Martin for the job. He honored his original bid despite the fact that materials had gone up exponentially in recent months. Martin completed the work and went above and beyond to ensure our family was happy. Martin and his crew were very hardworking and very professional. They worked mostly 6 days weeks and completely built my house from the ground up in three and a half months. I am most impressed with the quality of their work and the good rapport Martin built with the City inspector which made the approval process smooth and problem-free at every stage.
