Unprofessional and Unethical – Buyers Beware!! Our experience with Florida Fountain Company has been incredibly disappointing. They installed stainless steel motors in our brackish water—a completely unsuitable choice for such conditions—leading to premature corrosion and motor failure. When the motors failed, they refused to honor the warranty, claiming it was due to our not performing the three-month service they recommended. This was particularly frustrating because their original recommendation was for a six-month service interval. When one of our board members reached out for a warranty replacement, the company responded by asking why we hadn't informed them the water was brackish. This response was shocking—shouldn't they have conducted a proper assessment or water test before inst

This is the worst company imaginable. They sold our HOA 3 fountains which all broke in less than a year. The fountains they recommended and installed were apparently not compatible with the brackish water in our lake. Unbelievably, they refused to honor their warranty and replace the fountains with the right type for our needs. We lost $20-30K as a result.

Please fix our fountains at Meadowbrook. We are without fountains for six months +. The brand new $25k+ fountains didn’t even work a full year!! We are completely disappointed in your service. This has outraged our community, do the right thing and repair them asap.
