Every experience I've had with this company has been fantastic! Alan is always a huge help getting our custom glass needs satisfied, staying communicative and prompt on every end. All of this company's personnel have been top-notch, from the owner Mark, all the way down to each member of the install crews.This company stands behind their products and work, highly reccommend!

Quality and customer service have gone downhill since new owner took over in March. Also note the “shady” timing of all reviews done in the same timeframe. Do not trust a company that discriminates based on age. The new owner has no values and knows zero about the glass business. Go to any other glass company, you won’t regret it. UPDATE - more people have been fired and many others have quit.

My husband and I were in a bit of a pickle trying to sell my father in laws home. It had failed inspection due to a couple cracked windows. I called and spoke with Alan, who made an appt immediately to come out and get measurements, got glass and had them repaired the next day. Amazing service, great price. Highly recommend.
