My dad and I have a twice-yearly service contract with FBMS for air conditioning maintenance. Both of us are very satisfied with their service and would like to make a special shout out to serviceman Rick. He was friendly and respectful - important qualities when working inside someone’s home!! He was knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. We greatly appreciate the appointment confirmations and reminders via text, and also being advised of appointment day status updates, which include a picture of the technician being sent. We recommend FBMS without hesitation.

My AC unit was serviced by Alrick--who is a very personable and knowledgeable fellow in his craft. Alrick helps me with suggestions as to what I can do to assist in keeping my system running. I also find the office coordinators reachable with prompt assistance to having a technician come when requested. Super happy.
