Billy is the owner of it really shows as he goes a step farther even out of his way to help. I wish all business owners operated this way with real service and honesty. I highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

We are new to well water and our water stopped working on a Friday night. 🙄 We didn’t know what to do and I contacted Billy on Saturday morning not expecting a response and not only did he reply, he came over within the hour with Nate and spent the next few hours of his day off troubleshooting and fixing my system step by step!! He found an air leak that had been missed by two other pros in the last week! I was so happy and grateful that he was willing to help me. We ended up needing a new pump which he was able to get for us quickly thank goodness. He took the time to make sure the system was in full working order before leaving and was extremely reasonable with the cost. Thank you! 🙏🏻 🙌🏻

I called Billy to fix a leak in my water tank and he came over that morning, a pleasant honest man. The next day, Harrison and Andre came to fix it. They were just as pleasant and honest as Billy. They did a fabulous job and left the place cleaner than before they came! Excellent, a Godsent👍

If I could give Billy and his employees 10 stars, I most definitely would! We had a real bad water leak and he was spot on 🎯 with what typically happens in older homes, from our first conversation over the phone. When he and his crew of 3 arrived right on time, I couldn’t believe how they wasted no time and bam! solved the problem first time and wasted no time at all fixing it. Trust is a huge thing for me as well. I have been taken advantage of so many times but beyond a shadow of doubt, I know that I could trust Mr.Downey And would leave any of his fine young gentlemen of employees in my home all day alone without worrying at all anytime. Just a great all-around experience ! After calling four other local plumbers and either not getting called back or not being able to get the upgraded water heater I wanted (I wanted one with a 10 yr warranty vs the regular six year warranty) I called Florida Plumbing & Solar and everything else was great after that ! They were always very responsive and helpful and informative, easy to deal with, and within three days I had the exact water heater I was looking for ! Very professional and courteous and helpful all around, and the pricing was more than reasonable as well.
