Florida Pump Service

These guys absolutely amazing. I had an emergency July 3. My pump wasn’t working. Tanya had Brian and Dave come to the rescue. These guys were very professional and fast. They were supposed to get off early that day and I was impressed with their attitudes. I had 100 guests coming for a pool party July 4th. Thanks to Tanya and these guys I was able to host a great 4th of July party. It’s the best service I’ve ever received from any type of business. I highly recommend

We had an old bladder tank that was starting to fail and causing insufficient water pressure to come to the house. The service department personnel, Tanya, was awesome to deal with as she pulled up my quote from six months ago and got the appointment booked. Pump Technician Charles was on time and is experienced at his craft and always shares good knowledge on how the pump and bladder tank works. It took Charles about two hours to make sure everything was in place and doing final checks before he left. The picture below shows the final product below. For prep work, I dug the trench where the PVC conduit would be laid, the electrical work, and my dad and I laid the concrete pad for the bladder tank to sit on.

Brian was fantastic. Second time he has come out to work on my crazy system. He made it look so clean, went the extra mile, leveled, helped w gravel, I mean he just was a great pro, good work ethic, and good follow through. My pump, after a flood, was sinking into the earth and Brian saved the lines from snapping. So grateful for all his hard wrk. I am happy w Florida pump BECAUSE of Brian. Give that guy a raise!!! Also, the scheduling agent was very pleasant, courteous, and informative. I didn't catch her name but just another point in professionalism.

I bought a scratch and dent pump and saved. My pump came with a solid warranty and Florida Pump backs that up 100%. The staff is knowledgeable and the show room is clean. My pump was bench tested before I left. That’s service that online companies can’t offer. Thanks Florida Pump Service!

I called about some parts for my irrigation pump, they were incredibly nice on the phone and knew exactly the parts I needed. When I arrived a couple hours later, they had my order waiting for me. Great people as well as good prices, there is no reason to go anywhere else! I only wish I could give 10 stars.
