FSS is a great company and provides a useful service. I manage facilities on a university campus. We contact them every few years to shave down uneven surfaces of concrete slabs, usually pushed up by tree roots or shifted earth. Their estimators are thorough and meticulous. The turnaround is usually very quick. The leveled surfaces are smooth and ready to be repainted with concrete surfacer.

Florida Sidewalk Solutions is an absolute must-have vendor for any property manager. Their communication is excellent, and their trip hazard inspection reports are extremely detailed and well-documented. These reports are invaluable from both a safety and liability standpoint—truly something every association should have on file for all properties. I’m so glad I was introduced to them several years ago by a colleague, and they’ve been a go-to resource for me ever since. Highly recommend.
