During Christmas, raccoons got into our attic, so I called Florida Wildlife and Pest Management. I spoke with Mike and, honestly, got very lucky—they had a technician who needed to reschedule, so someone was able to come out the same day I called. They did a full walkthrough of the property, explained everything clearly, and provided a quote that I found very reasonable. What really stood out was their one-year warranty on all work. Knowing that if the raccoons somehow returned, they would come back and handle it at no charge gave us a huge amount of peace of mind. Our situation wasn’t simple — we had one particularly stubborn raccoon that wouldn't leave. Eventually, they were able to trap him (and any others), properly seal up our soffit, and completely resolve the issue. We’ve been good

Very professional company with outstanding service. James came out on short notice, performed an initial examination and recommended a treatment plan to eliminate rats from our attic and then seal up the entry points so nothing would return. He also drew up a very detailed diagram of where sealing would occur and they handled everything from there. They also were very communicative throughout the process and showed up when they said they would for multiple trap checks and sealing the roof. They also provided pictures of the roof work showing where entry points were found which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

James responded promptly after out initial call and made a thorough inspection of the wildlife issue in our attic. Aaron came three times a week until the problem was resolved. He worked efficiently to remedy the situation and make sure that the attic was properly sealed. He returned until the squirrels were no longer squatting in our attic! Aaron was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. James and Aaron were both polite, prompt, efficient, neat, and knowledgeable!
