Land Lord agreed to move forward with rental paid fees and did background check,and agreeing to pay two motnths rent at atime each month.then was told there would be a pet fee and so I agreed not to bring the pets . Day I cut check to rent place gett message that they decided not to go through with rental. If your thinking of renting this place my rental deal was first month plus deposit and they only agreed to rent when I offered double rental payments from March on to day of deal signing I get check cut they make me wait all day to send an email that they have decided not to go through. If you choose this property you may end up on the short end. RENTERS BEWARE..
