CJ clevenger was my technician and I've never been more happy with a service request ! He was very kind and professional, he came in listened to everything I was concerned about addressed all my issues and even went above and beyond to fix other small related issues he saw. He fixed my water pressure and corrected the caulking that needed to be fixed as well without me even mentioning it but was on my list of things to fix. He was quick and efficient . His work was very clean and nice looking, cleaned up when he was finished. I couldn't be more happy ! Thank you so much !

I noticed water saturating the ground on the side of the house. Knowing the level of professionalism and knowledge the crew has at FloMasters, of course I called for a free estimate. Within a couple hours I received a text that Jose was enroute. He arrived, diagnosed where the water was coming from & explained it very well to me. Flow Masters came to assess moisture in our bathroom wall and cupboard. They determined the leak was a pipe inside the wall, leading to the bathroom. They were able to access and make the repair from the outside wall of our home. They repaired the wall, and we have not had any further problems. Work was completed quickly, workers were polite and didn't leave a mess. Everyone we interacted with was professional and did good work.

CJ was AMAZING!! So nice, very knowledgeable. (My dog is a bit of a barker and he was so understanding and kind.) He fixed the problem with minimal mess and was an absolute pleasure. Definitely recommend!!
