My call was returned within an hour by Nikki who answered my questions and listened very carefully to me. We set up a time for Justin to come out about a week later for the onsite estimate. That was ok as I was certainly not in a hurry. I was happy that they seemed interested in my business. Justin was on time just after twelve noon after an "I'm on my way" call. After explaining exactly what he would do he wrote up a bid on the spot. It was fair so we set up the install date. It was for about two weeks later. No money down, he collects when I am happy.
